Happy I ordered
I’ve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as I’ve seen some people say it doesn’t last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and it’s accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. It’s comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package. UPDATE: It’s been over a week and I still like it. The battery would’ve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I haven’t had any issues and I rather enjoy it. There’s a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe that’s the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and it’s worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they don’t follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless you’ve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. I’ve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app — if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there. Update #2: It’s been 3 months now 1/10/26 and I still love it. I even got my mom to trade her Fitbit for one and she loves it. Maybe I got lucky but I haven’t really noticed a difference in my battery levels, even with the ring tracking more and more things 24/7. The only thing I do is not let it get to 0% it’s not really great for any battery to my knowledge. I’ve done multiple updates for the ring and app, no issues. I’ve only enjoyed the new features. Tracking still works, workouts are still detected and everything. Also, I hardly take it off and it’s less scratched than I thought honestly, and I’m not careful. Overall, still 5 stars, still happy I ordered, still loving it.

If You’re Hesitant, Just Do It! 100/10 Recommend
I actually really like this ring a lot. I was looking for something like the Oura ring, to track my sleep and oxygen levels and basal temperature among other things, but not with the price of Oura since this is the first time I’m using a ring like this. I wasn’t sure if this is something I would like wearing or if I would prefer my watch because I was back-and-forth between getting a ring or upgrading to a new Apple Watch and this little ring does the trick PERFECTLY. It tracks everything I want and more! The app is so easy to use, it’s very customizable and had way more features than I expected and it links everything to my apple health which was huge for me. The battery lasts forever which is so nice and I finally let it get to 14% the other day and it charged to 100% in less than 3 hours. It’ll last a week or more easy. It fits pretty well, I do have small fingers so I went with the smallest size cause I knew it’d fit one of my fingers (my ring finger is a 5 so I went with 6) and it fits my index and middle finger perfect. You can even locate the ring if you lose it which is awesome cause sometimes I drop it at work when I’ve taken it off after putting on lotion. It’s so cool. You can make the ring light up to see it better and the app tells you when you’re super close or further away. I haven’t had any issues with scratching it or any issues with it going in the water. I wash my hands with it, shower with it, totally fine. I am very impressed and extremely satisfied with my purchase. The biggest part that sold me on the ring was the fact that I didn’t have to pay for a monthly subscription like you do with oura which I think is a little bit crazy considering the price of those rings. But I’m even trying to get my mom one of these ring rings because it’s just so much easier than a watch especially if you wear jewelry or you don’t like bulky things on your wrists, the ring is super convenient. I will say the only thing I wish they had was a few more colors, maybe like a rose gold would be so nice for women, especially, or even like a little ring cover to go on it so you can kind of customize it to make it your own. I just got the silver, but I forget that it’s even on my finger most of the time so it’s not like anything that really stands out or bothers me. I will say because of the sensors inside, it can fit snug if you go with your normal ring size so I would recommend getting the sizing kit, it’s like a dollar. I have child hands so I lucked out and knew it’d fit one of my fingers if it was too big for my ring finger. I also don’t wear rings much anyways so I just kinda winged it. The packaging was also amazing. It was like I was unboxing an iPhone, very good quality and very clean instructions. It took me a couple minutes to get the ring connected and set up. I can’t recommend it enough. I absolutely love it. Can’t say enough good things honestly. I don’t normally do reviews but this one deserved one for sure. I will say if Apple ever comes out with a ring like this though, I may have to switch lol but for price point, quality, features, there’s not one bad thing I’ve found and I’ve had the ring almost a month now.

Excellent smart ring
I've been very impressed with the RingConn Gen 2 Air. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear all day and night, and the battery lasts much longer than I expected. The sleep tracking and health insights are easy to understand, and the app is user-friendly. I barely notice I'm wearing it, which makes it much more comfortable than a smartwatch for continuous tracking. The ring feels well made and provides consistent data for sleep, activity, and overall wellness. If you're looking for a discreet fitness and health tracker without a monthly subscription, this is a great option. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Go read the reviews for the App itself! Don't make my mistake!
I chose this ring over its more expensive competitor solely because reviewers here claimed the app was intuitive, informative and user friendly. To say I was shocked to discover none of those things were true would be an understatement. Fact of the matter is the app is not user friendly in the slightest and what little settings it has for you to customize don't even work! For example, I unchecked 24-Hour Clock which should have defaulted all clock settings and time reading displays within the app to 12-Hour format, right? Well, it does not! Unchecked or not, the app knows no other alternative - it only knows, operates from and displays the time in 24-Hour format! I highly recommend taking a look at the reviews for this app in the iOS AppStore because it's what I didn't do but should've done prior to purchasing. I let the reviews here sway me when I should've gone to the source. And boy, are the App reviews telling. One of the reoccurring "cons" stated in reviews here about the competitor ring is that their app requires a monthly subscription fee to use. This "con" was very effective in making this ring look like the more appealing option - even more so because the competitor ring AND its ring sample kit are already priced higher than this ring, so naturally one would be paying a lot more for that ring not just upfront but longterm. This ring being the cheaper - the actual ring itself as well as its ring sizing kit - of the two with a subscription-free app to boot would no doubt seem like the better buy! Obviously I didn't buy the other ring so I can't tell you if that ring is what it claims to be or if its $5 monthly subscription fee is worth it, but what I can tell you is the free-of-charge $0 app for this ring is so awful you couldn't pay me to use it. So I guess I got what I paid for in that I paid nothing for the app and it gave me NOTHING in return. The app is the main component to this ring. Without a good app this ring is worthless. Now, let's get into the ring itself because before I even discovered how horrible the app was I had to unbox the ring, and in unboxing the ring I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it looked in the Dune colorway - the only good thing I have to say about this ring - and eagerly put it on just to discover it was too big! Did I mention I purchased the ring sizing kit? Sure it only cost a $1 to the competitor's $10 but still... what's the point of offering the sizing kit if the sizes don't actually align?! At that point I hadn't known what was to come with the app itself so I was planning on ordering another ring in the size down. Good thing I didn't because it ultimately wouldn't have mattered with the state of the app. I only make note of this to point out that even with the first impression being an ill fitted ring I was still excited and looking forward to getting the ring set up and running because truth be told I had been looking forward to the delivery of this ring all week! I'm genuinely so bummed that THIS ended up being my experience with it. If you're still reading, the lesson to be had here is choosing the cheaper option is not always the deal you think it is, and in this case it was very much a bad deal. That's not to say the more expensive competitor ring is the better deal because for all I know that ring's app could be just as mediocre but ultimately I don't know and honestly have no intention of finding out anytime soon. All I can say for sure is this ring's ring sizing kit is inaccurate and this ring's app is a whole joke so don't be fooled like I was. 1 obligatory yet deserving star for the dune color and nothing else. Update: I've now worn this ring across two different fingers for about a week's time each and both fingers spurred blisters beneath the ring. It should also be noted that my initial sizing issue hadn't been an issue of the ring being too small but rather too big, so I can't even write off the blistering to it being too small for my fingers because it's not. Additionally, I’ve also found the charge doesn’t last nearly as long as advertised. For example, after a full charge the app told me I had 9 days of battery life remaining. When I checked in on the app 4 days later following a workout I was surprised to find nothing from that session had been logged because the ring was dead… 1 1/2 days dead, which I hadn’t realized as I hadn’t checked in on the app the day prior! Also strange, the step counter is crazy inconsistent and the calorie counter is just broken as it never really changes much. I tested in comparison to my iPhone’s Apple Health data and it’s way off some. It will say I burned 400 calories with less than 200 steps and then if the steps reach 5k the calorie counter only grows by 10 or something. Make it make sense!

Happy to have pulled the plug on this one!
I have been on the hunt, trying and failing dupes hoping to find one that checks all the boxes and won't break the bank. I was looking for lightweight, comfort, long lasting battery, and informative relative to women's health (currently expecting, praise God, but have PMOS and always keep an eye on my cycle), sleep, and daily activity. Well.. you get what you pay for with the dupes. They were either bulky and uncomfortable to wear, battery life was mediocre, or the accompanying app lacking in more than one way. The RingConn Gen 2 Air covers all bases. She's sleek and comfortable even with the two temp sensors that are pronounced, and the battery life has been amazing even in its constant data measuring. I like that it has an indicator of where to shift the ring to for measurement and the ring isn't necessarily round which I think makes for its comfortability. It's easy to set up and there haven't been any connectivity issues with my iPhone so don't foresee issues with Android (which I will be changing to in the near future). I like that the app is customizable with the ability to set the women's health feature to expecting, trying to conceive, or just tracking. It gives good insight on the good, the bad, and what to change for overall health. The ring does scratch pretty easily, so docking a star for that. I find this to be a good buy and will keep in contrast to the QALO QRNT Slim which does not live up to its "slim' name at all.

Track your health
I originally bought the **RingConn Gen 2 Air Smart Ring (Galaxy Silver, Size 7)** as a gift for my husband, and he loved it so much that I ended up buying one for myself too. Now we both wear one every day and really enjoy using it. The ring is **ultra-thin, lightweight, and very comfortable**, so it’s easy to forget you’re even wearing it. My husband started using it mainly to track his sleep and daily activity, and he liked how simple and accurate the information was in the app. After seeing how much he liked it and how useful the data was, I decided to get one as well. We both really appreciate the **10-day battery life**, which means we don’t have to charge it constantly like many other wearable devices. It tracks **sleep, heart rate, stress levels, and activity**, and it’s been interesting for both of us to compare our sleep and recovery data. Another big plus is that it **looks like a normal ring**, not a bulky piece of tech. The **Galaxy Silver finish** is sleek and stylish, and it works perfectly with our phones. It’s also great that there’s **no app subscription fee for the standard features**. Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase for our household. What started as a gift for my husband turned into something we both use and enjoy every day. **We would definitely recommend the RingConn Gen 2 Air to anyone looking for a comfortable, discreet way to track their health and sleep.

It’s a good product as long as it lasts just one year
I owned the ring for just over a year. Pros: 1. The curved top and dot helps me to align its position easy 2. A bit better price than Oura Ring but no monthly membership fee. It’s not about money, but the feeling of no obligation after purchase. 3. Tracked all things I need to know, encouraging me to keep track my health numbers and greatly help me to pay attention for sleeping and exercise. For that I truly appreciate. 4. For a whole year I had no major issues. Charged every 9-10 days was a great convenience. And it’s been done within my shower & makeup time. Never missed any day. 5. For couple times I lost it and with location sensor I was able to retrieve. So appreciated (hint, don’t go size up) Conns: 1. After almost exact one year of use, most recently it begins to hard to sync to app and hard to charge, needs to reset from charge base several times almost every other day, and the killer part is that it’s charging life dropped from 5 days to 3 days and now, less than 2 days! Like I fully charged it last night before sleep and when I woke up 8hrs later battery is 42% left. It’s so devastating. 2. Still not prefer the app after their recent software update. It’s not as straightforward as prior version. 3. For the concern of product life I may have to switch to OuraRing. I have numbers of friends using it at least none complains battery nor charging, even they normally last a week compare to 10 days as I began with.

Nice mid-priced ring. Comfortable, great app. (**Updated after 5 and 8 months)
I love the health details on the RingConn App. It has about everything I could possibly want, except Blood Pressure, which I am not sure rings can do. (In 2025) The font on the app is a little hard to read as it is small and they use gray instead of black in most of the text. (**Note update May 2026: 8 months. The app was updated and font is now clearer, larger and black. Easier to read. I added updated app photos) The new photos I added are a dark back ground becasue my phone is on night mode. During the day, the background is white. The RingConn data collected is accurate. I compared 3 cheaper $40ish health tracker rings before deciding on this RingConn brand. The accuracy is worth in, especially when you are looking at heart data, sleep data and oxygen levels. A HUGE PLUS is that there is no monthly charge to see your own data and use the app, like the Oura ring does. Monthly digs into your pocket really add up. After paying $200+ for something, you shouldn’t have to pay to see your own health data. The RingConn is comfortable and well made. The outer titanium surface (I have galaxy silver) is very durable, but I still cover it with a clear ring protector. The bumps inside, compared to a normal ring are unnoticeable. They do help to keep the ring in the correct position, and oddly enough, it is the actually shape of a finger. I have had an issue with sizing, like others have mentioned. I even bought the RingConn sizing kit. According to the ring sizing kit, my index finger, normally a 10, needed an 11 RingConn. When I recieved the 11 ring, it was slightly larger, by about a half size. Had to return for a 10. I sure hope they give me my money back. We will see. (Note: they did allow the return with no problem) One thing I do wish the charging stand had a cover to keep the dust off, like others rings have. Would be nice for travel. When your ring is fully charged, (about 20 min) the light stays on and the app sends you a fully charged notification. I charge mine while I am in the shower. I will update my review, as time goes on to keep you informed. As promised: **UPDATE 5 months of use, I love this ring even more now. RingConn is great about updates and the ap keeps getting better. I never take it off, except showering, that when I charge it, which is quick. There is no charge $ to get more data like the original direction stated. Still FREE! Love that! I never realized how important knowing how much I slept, and what kind of sleep I got meant to me. After all when asleep, you just don’t know. I found out my nose was stuffy and was getting low oxygen levels, so started paying more attention and using allergy spray in my nose every night. Big difference in my oxygen levels, which gives me better sleep. Exercise walking, running, bike riding remains accurate. The longest I pushed the battery was to 9 days, it still had a little charge left. Had a chance to use the “ring finder” on the ap. I left in in a pocket in the hamper. It gave me a general area, but didn’t pin-point the location. The light stays on the ring tho so you can find it in the dark. I found if you loose weight, you can put different size tabs that stick on inside the ring. They work well. I still highly recommend the RingConn ring. **Update: May 2026, 8 months of daily use. App has a major update improved visuals and info updates, battery strong, still happy with this brand. Which finger to wear the ring on? It is recommended to wear on any finger except pinky and thumb. I find it is best on the index finger due to the good blood flow. My friend wears hers on her ring finger with no problem. My husband wears his next to his wedding band. He finds that comfortable too.

Great smart ring, excellent customer support
I’ve been using the RingConn Gen 2 Air and really enjoy its features. Little after a year in, I experienced a sudden battery issue where it wouldn’t hold a charge. I contacted their customer support, and they were fantastic. They guided me through some quick troubleshooting steps, confirmed the defect, and promptly sent me a brand-new replacement even it past warranty for few weeks. The new ring is working perfectly. It’s rare to find such responsive and responsible customer service these days. Highly recommend!

Elegante, funzionale e costo accessibile
Complessivamente, l’anello unisce estetica e funzionalità perfettamente.
