Very dry and rubbery
I'm so sorry to say is the worst low fat string cheese we ever tried. We've tried other brands: Cheeseheads, Sargento, Galbani, and all were decent, but this one has a strange squeeky texture and it was very hard, so that it didn't separate into strings easily. Will not buy again.
