I have no idea regarding "best brand" as this is my first copper compression purchase. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase It was helped me with my shoulder pain no doubt about it. I can even sleep in it if I want and have.

Can you wear this to work?

My husband wears his everyday to work and I wash at the end of the week. He really likes it and it's comfortable to wear and it helps.

where are the cold/heat packs that go into this ?
