I started buying these on Amazon because the price was slightly better than what I found in the physical store where I shop. I love the flavor and when the temperatures are cold it's a nice drink to have with my evening meal. They are definitely easy to use because you just put a pack into your mug of milk and stir. This is the best flavor of the Swiss Miss that I've tried.

Love, love the flavor. I don't like my hot chocolate with water, but this stuff is so rich and has such a great taste that I can drink it with hot water. Yummy. I ordered extra boxes. Also, I don't drink coffee so this a refreshing dr8nk in the mornings.

These were good, i looked forward to a cup of caramel cocoa each day on the winter time. The Caramel flavor was light I wish it was more Carmel heavier, but it was good. You can taste a hint of Salted caramel.

Good. Liked the K-cups better. Does have a caramel taste but not a strong taste.
