This tastes like strawberry and cream! My only issue with this mix is the taste of the stevia. It leaves an after taste but that is just me. It mixes well with water. I put it in a 8 oz mason jar and shake it up. As for sleep, for me, it does help with sleep and i felt a bit calmer. The first time I drank this, I felt a little groggy in the morning. I did notice that I slept thru the night. I wasn't waking up at 3 or 4am with anxiety or leg cramps. As far as any weight loss, I didnt see any. Every person's body is different.

Amazing, yummy drink! My stress level has been through the roof for at least 2-3 months now and I was so stressed out I could barely eat! I’ve been taking Nello twice daily for almost a month now an I can actually eat a little!

I have stopped drinking and looked for all sorts of non-alcoholic wines. I have not been able to find anything I like so I tried this and I absolutely love it. I come home and make a glass with ice and a lime and it is so tasty and really helps relax me. I love it and I sleep amazing now. The strawberry cream is really good, but I also just ordered the variety pack to change it up a bit. Highly recommend.

It says to take 2 packets a day but I don't have time for that. I am a night shift nurse and the Magnesium in this defiantly makes me sleepy! I drink one packet as soon as I get home and it really helps me sleep. I have taken one every day for a good week now and other than helping me sleep I haven't noticed anything. I can be chuncky so I use one of those little coffee whisk things and it blends perfectly. I got the strawberries and cream and it tastes really good! Nothing bitter, no bad after taste, and doesn't give me the burps. Happy enough with it

Works well, im sleeping better and feel much calmer through the day. The taste leaves much to be desired though, doesnt taste much like strawberries and cream a d has a weird after taste.

TREAT. Still early to see if my body reaps some benefits, but hey taste is major to me and I just happened upon my new favorite evening little mixed drink! I personally don’t like the bubbles to be too strong which is why I LOVE Ice. It’s like it says. Sparkling, not overly carbonated. Anyway, with my new Super Calm dissolved easily with a frother into my Strawberry Starburst ICE, topped with some actually ice: 10/10!!! I know I benefit from extra L Theanine and magnesium, so here’s hoping the rest of the concoction is a win :) It was worth trying at the discounted price point because I do agree it’s ’spensive for a regular purchase. That’s the one thing I’d work on Nello team!!
