I recommend Ultima electrolyte packets often. When I feel weak I experience a noticeable improvement when I drink these. I have low blood pressure in the mornings and struggle getting up. It’s been helpful to keep a full bottle of water by my bed with 1 packet that I prep the night before and it’s ready to sip the next morning to help get me going. I usually drink 1-2 packets a day. The tea flavors are one of my favs. I keep these packets at home, at work, in the car, in my purse…they’ve become a staple. I do often dilute them, like 1 packet in 40 oz that I sip through the day. The one I drink in the morning I put in 20oz. Just try it and see what works best for you.

These packets are a great way to stay hydrated and have enough engery throughout hikes! What caught my attention were the packets flavors that were similar to starbuck's drinks, but cheaper. The strawberry acai flavor in this packet wasn't as strong as I expected, but perfect if you love more subtle flavors. I tried to add some of this brand's lemonade packet thinking it would be similar to the starbuck's drink, but the lemonade overpowered it. Overall, this helps you feel better about what you put into your body since it's organic and non-GMO. Since there is tea, there will be some caffiene inside, but that's a bonus for me. It's even so easy to mix into some water, or even shake it up a bit. Mixed up the peach green tea packet in the photo.

This is their best variety pack! I’ve had the original and the other flavors which are also really good, but this is hands down my favorite. The lemon black tea reminds me of a traditional iced tea. This is definitely a must try!

Love the flavors always recommend to everyone I know especially anyone on GLP's. I have been using Ultima electrolyte's for at least 10 years now my college aged kids and their friends use them before they go to bed after a night of drinking to chase "the hair of the dog" they all swear by it I was wondering why my variety pack was empty one day when they were home from break you learn something new!
