It's a great tasting gainer, sweet but not sickly.2. It's a good mix of carbs and protein, I use 2 scoops with milk for when I'm trying to bulk up and it's a an easy way to get the calories in.3. It's also a great post workout, one scoop of this, one of whey and mixed with water. I take it like this when I'm controlling the diet more.4. At 5.4kg for around Β£40 it's excellent value.5. It's very easy to mix, with either milk or water.
