Great machine for an at home gym. Cables are smooth, rack itself is very sturdy, attachments are fairly good. Assembly wasn’t terrible, lots of pieces, it’s easier to watch a video on putting it together. Definitely recommend for the price, you can’t really beat it! It does come in two boxes so you may receive one before the other.

So far this rack has been great. Bench and squat on the inside, overhead press off the front. Row and Lat are solid. Rack is sturdy for a 2x2 with a compact blue print. Dip bars are real nice as is the pull-up bar, tho it's kinda slick from the paint job so consider a grip aid or tape. Went together easily with a battery powered drill. My unit was missing the J-hooks but JELENS sent a replacement set. For a beginner - intermediate lifter who doesn't expect to lift more than 500 lbs outside of deadlift this rack is an excellent choice to get you through years of training.

The equipment is sturdy and very convenient having multiple attachment options. The company was great! I reached out to them directly for a part that my dog chewed 5 minutes after putting it together. That specific part had to be special ordered but they ordered it and sent it immediately free of charge.

It takes a while to put together, took me just under three hours. But once its up, you dont need to do it again. Its a nice rack for the price. I find the pulley system to be a bit short for my workouts. I'm average height too. Can't do cross body pull work, the cable system travel maxes out. When setting the bar down, like from bench press, the hooks are awkward. The bar doesnt rest smoothly in the hook, there is like a little shelf before the hook it sits on. Overall for 299, its about what to expect

I've had this squat rack for about 3 months now. It has all the features that I've been looking for , and does them all phenomenally. Assembly wasn't too much of a pain, definitely pay attention to the left and right sides as you go. Highly recommend using a socket set because tightening all of the lock nuts with the dinky little set they give you would drive a person mad. My favorite feature is that the pull-up bar and flip so it fits in my basement.

For $299 this is an incredibly good value. Went together easily, no missing or damaged parts, everything lined up, works perfectly. Was able to assemble it myself with minor difficulty, with a second person this would be an easy hour job to put together. I am sure you can get a nicer rack for more money, but this has everything you need for all compound lifts and accessory exercises.

We bought this rack for our home gym and have been very pleasantly surprised how solid and comprehensive it is for the $300 we paid for it. Not only does it accommodate our benching, squatting, etc...it has dips and rows as well. The pull up feature has different hand holds and feels very solid. Great product.

Wow, Company goes above and beyond Everything about this cage is quality… it’s heavy weight (a good thing), well designed and comes with clear assembly instructions, and is well priced for value also. We found out the company is high quality as well… One functional part of the cage was slightly bent, and as it was a moving part, we were concerned straightening it improperly would damage other parts. As the cages ship complete from China, the seller had no replacement part to send- so had just that part sent to us directly from China. Wow, now that’s customer service!! We recently turned half our living room into a home gym, and this cage is an integral part. We’ve used it for a few months now, and are loving it.
