First of all didn't realize it came with two remotes which is great, since i plan to use these in my attics to control a super powerful fan. One attic is upstairs and the other is downstairs.These were super easy to pair. You can pair two outlets to one button on the remote, its as simple as holding down the power button until it flashes, then pressing and holding a button on the remote. It's paired.Nice slim design for outlets and remote. Making it easy to mount the remote anywhere with 3m command strips. And outlets work great on 2 gang wall outlets will take up three spots on some power strips. So keep that in mind.Other than that, I highly recommend them.

Very nice to sit and turn fridge, fan, stereo, plugged in lights, etc. on/off, no need to point at them... this is not remote like the tv remote, no need pointing itEasy to program it's in the instructions.However i need to find a way to label what switch for what appliance... I find myself turning stereo off instead of fridge or so as the remote only has numbers... 1, 2, 3, 4 would be nice to have some sort of a labeling space by the buttons

I got these for my cable modem and wireless router because Spectrum has been having issues with their service in my area which requires a reboot of those devices after the work is completed and this device makes it easier to reboot the system rather than trying to fight the wiring to find the plugs to unplug from the surge protector. It was easy to set up and use. After setting each unit to a specific numbered button I then had my home health aide plug them into the surge protector. They still worked even days after the initial set up.

Remotes started working intermittently. I removed the touch cover and added conductive aluminum tape dots at each location. They appear to work again.

Purchased these for my elderly Mother who resides in Assisted Living (serval hours from my home) so that she can control various lights in her room from her wheelchair or bed. Initially worked okay, but after a couple of weeks they've become intermittent. It appears the buttons on the remote are not working all the time when pushed because the "red" light on the remote does not come one reliably. When the red light does come on the appropriate switch does seem to work. Disappointed that they are not working as it's very frustrating for my mother. Will have to look for another solution, sadly these were not a good value for the money.

These plugs and controllers are convenient for turning off light switches, electronics, Xmas trees and lamps. They use a handheld remote that can control 5 different plugs.It's easy to sync the remote with the plug and several plugs can be operated with a single on/off set of buttons.I've bought several of these as I find more and more applications for them.

We have a new house with a large rec room in the basement. The wife wanted to have lots of lamps down there so it was a pain to turn them on/off. I bought this set and have been very happy with it. The remote is very nice and the units respond to the signals regardless of where the remote is pointed. We love that the bottom switch bank is "all on/all off". The only issue I've had is moving the units and trying to remap them to the remote. The instructions aren't the easiest to follow but eventually I was able to remap them like I wanted. Since then, smooth as silk! UPDATE - I had to buy a different set because these became unusable over a two month period. The would not reset so that I could remap them and the distance the remote can reach is not very far. Had to toss them in the trash, unfortunately.

These were easy to use easy to set up the boxes that plug in were good quality and the buttons on the remote were easy to use but the remote battery compartment broke after using it for a few months so i can no longer put a battery in it and use it , it's it's okay price but I wish the remote was more durable.
