In my experience, I can tell that this has a reasonable amount of vitamin C in it, based on the slight tingling I get when I apply this before applying moisturizer/sunscreen. The tingling isn't bothersome for my sensitive skin, but I can tell that there's a fair amount of vitamin C in there.
