**Q: At first it dissolved in my washer when mixed with the washing soda then it stopped dissolving then I cleaned my washer and it is still not dissolving**
A: It all depends on your wash water temperature - you probably used a cold or warm washing cycle?
Regardless, you can avoid your problem when you dissolve the flakes in hot water befor adding them to your load. I use an empty water gallon to do so and never encounter any problems.
BTW Walmart sells Zote-Soap-flakes - much cheaper and as good as these flakes...

**Q: If droplets of essentika oil is added to liquid or dry mix included with the soap flakes how many drop of essentila oil yiu reccomend**
A: I add 20 drops of oil to every 3 cups of soap.
