We use it alot
This was just perfect in the spot we made for it. Easy to use and very sturdy. Was able to just walk up to it and get the exercise I wanted to do. Enjoyed it too. That is the important thing! It gets used!!!

Great for home gyms
I purchased this for my home gym to do tricep pushdowns. The cable is strong, I don't know about the "500kg toughness" but I'm sure it can handle a few hundred pounds. The short little ribbon cable used to hang the pulley looks a bit flimsy to me. It's strong but the thickness of it and the gauge of the metal rings don't instill confidence with heavy weights. Especially when compared to the rest of the system. The pulley is not as smooth as metal one, it's just plastic over metal bearings. Cheap but it does the job. The plate holder can hold olympic plates just fine. The cable is threaded through a hole in the bar with a knot inside the bar. Just pop off the endcap and pull the end of the cable out, undo the knot and the cable is free. I tied a snap hook to the cable so I could easily swap out attachments. Overall this is a very economical system for a home gym. As long as you're not lifting a couple hundred pounds with this daily, it will work fine for most casual lifters. I do this at the end of my workout so I don't use heavy weights, just under 100lbs. I wouldn't recommend using this to do other heavier cable workouts, but for arms work, it's perfect.

Handy.
Updated review: the vendor contacted me and sent me a replacement immediately. Very prompt, very good service. I tested this out with a lot more weight than I had the first time, using it much more, and it was perfectly fine. Guess it was just one of those rare things that can happen with any product. Original review: Broke on day 2 of 37.5# weights used gently and barely no less. The cloth-cord first split the outer black part, then the white part and dropped my weights, thank God not on my feet as I'd just stepped back when I felt the jerk on the cord. I used 25# day 1, 37.5# day 2 and one set for day 3, reduced it to 27.5# and that was apparently too much for it. I was even gentle with this as the pulley-wheel is plastic and as I had to gently push it 'over' from my weight cage to rest the weights on a stool after. If this thing can't take <30# and barely any use, and gentle slow use at that, how the heck would it ever take a few hundred?? What a waste. Maybe I can find a cable I could put into the handles to replace the broken cord. I hope.

Best Cost Performance
This item is so easy to use, functions perfectly, and most of all, the cost performance is insanely great!!! I have a bunch of weight plates from my adjustable CAP dumbbells which I use for this. I am using two 25lb plates to do cable pull downs and it works perfectly. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

It'll work, but recommend spending the extra $20 on a better one.
This does what it is supposed to, but you cannot switch the handle. The product is a little cheap and overall I would not recommend because the clips are junk. Spend the extra $ on a better one.

Good addition for your home gym.
It's been a week using it and it work really well. Until now the maximum weight I had put on it its 50lbs. This equipment It's for light workouts do not expect a heavy workout with this. I just been doing a lot repetitions so I can compensate.

Be careful!!!!
Question:how many lbs weigh it? Answer:Max bearing weight is 80lbs, recommended weight is 40lbs. ROPE WILL DETACH FROM HANDLE AT 45LBS, causing weight to crash down to floor. RECOMMEND NEVER ATTACHING ANY MORE THAN 40 LBS. Lasted 90 days before it tried to kill my son.

This is a great set for home work outs. You can do many different exercises. I use several of the pieces on my Bowflex, mostly the carabiner since you always need extra. The bar allows for a nice grip and the pulley is very smooth. All the materials are quality pieces.

Works as a wrist roller, lat pulldown, etc. This is probably the cheapest pulley with this capacity rating too, so with a rope and some imagination you can do just about any cable exercise with this thing.

Was perfect for building my at home gym. The strap was a little long but I was able to make do. It is a highly effective product that can be used in various ways. The quality was great and was able to hold the weight well.

Cable broke within the first week. Kept it as the other parts are good and bought another cable.

This turned out to be better than I originally thought it might be. The rope and pulleys seemed kinda weak at first glance but I've been using this for months with plenty more than the recommended weight and it's performed without complaint.
