A very impressive addition to an already impressive gimbal.

CAME IN 7 DAYS!!!! Thank you so much for this! Because of the Tariffs this is one of the hardest items to get at a reasonable price. I ordered this on B&H and Adorama and I was waiting 5 months for this to come in. I ordered this from these guys and it was delivered within 7 days!?! Wow! Thank you so much! As for the device, the intelligent tracking module works so well it is beyond belief! Able to track a subject from 1.5 feet to over 20 feet away is a game changer! You can also use it with hand gestures to get it to track you easily. It's built from plastic components to keep it lightweight. It doesn't seem fragile, but neither does it feel robust. 5/5 stars easily!

Needs improvement! I thought this would really lighten my workload with trying to keep my subject in frame as I move around but it seems like I am trading one task for another. It struggles to keep subject in the center and reacts much slower then I would. Also if you have a lot of people in frame it is a gamble who it's going to lock onto. I would like an update to improve reaction time and consistency. Also if we could track other things other than people that would be amazing. I still keep it on my gimbol for those odd times it comes in handy but it needs improvements

I had zero issues, ordered on July 30th, expected delivery date was August 18-28. Received the package on August 8th. Everything was in DJI packaging with factory seals, quickly teated the product last night and it worked as advertised. It’s very easy to use, and compared to the ones on eBay selling for $300 it’s a incredible value.

Does not come with USB-C cord despite being more expensive than just buying it from DJI itself. Seller uses the cheapest, most inconvenient shipping method. Expect it to take about a month to come in. Don't get your hopes up with the expected arrival date from amazon, it will constantly change and sub contracting shippers don't update tracking. Seller was obnoxious to request any help with tracking and unhelpful. Product is great but thats a feat completely overshadowed by the nightmare seller. I suggest buying from DJI directly or another seller on amazon.
