Therefore, you need to take two at a time. Secondly, omg the pills are bigger than my head!! They are massive! I have gagged and nearly puked my insides out taking them. I have to break them in two cuz they won't go down my bloody gob!! Honestly, I don't remember them being like this. Very off putting. There's no weird after taste. Ergh. As for it's effectiveness.... For someone who has had coldsores since I was 10, yes you read that right, I can say these tablets have been really good. It does not stop coldsores, it does however reduce the severity and speeds up the healing process. I found my coldsores to be really small, not painful at all and heals super fast.
