Worth the money

I loved the texture and the taste. I will add this to all of the dishes I cook.

I downgraded these a little for flavor and versatility, because quite frankly this largely excels at one thing. High temp stir frying and/or other similar uses. And for this they excel. Don't stick, don't burn, don't smoke, just stir fry well. This isn't something you put in a salad or pesto. Get this if you want the best for high temp stir frying, and in that role this oil excels.
