The timer was easy to use to use, instructions to set up other time is not clear. Other than that I am happy with the unit

Impressive for the money!
I’ve bought several of these timers for my restaurants. I took a flyer based upon the price as most commercial restaurant timers are significantly more expensive. They have proven to be extremely dependable and easy to use. They are very loud. Very loud where your cooks will want to turn it off quickly. Perhaps a volume control option would go far, but overall I’ve enjoyed these units.

It's good, buy two!
Bought this for my kitchen staff to keep up with deep fried stuff in the fryers, since each item requires a different cook time. Liked it so well, we bought another one for the pizza oven station as well. If you have a commercial kitchen, this is a must. No batteries, no cheap plastic. This is the timer you want.

Learning curve.
I use this for making my HomeBrew Beer. I used it for for mash times, boil times, hop additions times, whirlpool times, etc. Once I got the hang of it, it worked very well for my usage. The only thing I wish it would do is a count up, but I knew ahead of time it would not do.I would recommend this product.
