This is honestly one of my favorite electrolyte supplements. It had a great mixture to water ratio and the value is fantastic. The prices keep going up for them and honestly, the nootropics are so much better than trying pre-workout for me. The brain fog goes away while I am keeping my balance of nutrients and working out appropriately. Summer is coming up! It lasts me about a month and a half if I use it consistently. It dissolves really well even in colder water. Watermelon is my fave, but after trying multiple, they are all really great.

Great boost in the morning for energy and focus. And a great flavor!

Very tasty. Good boost for about an hour or two but find myself yawning pretty bad after 4 hours even with proper sleep schedule. Some stomach gurgling as well. Not a pre workout at all just something to get you up.

I have 3 conditions hEDS, MCAS and POTS that cause debilitating fatigue amongst other symptoms like puffiness/inflammation, muscle weakness, etc. I did start one other product on the same day- MitoQ- I really do think it’s the combo but I went from being debilitatingly fatigued, in a bad MCAS flare, and feeling very weak to feeling like functioning person in the last two days! Clearer head and even a great gym workout ?! It’s wild!! Also love the taste, it’s giving watermelon jolly rancher

This stuff is a solid go-to for a boost before hitting the gym or whenever I need a little pick-me-up during the day. It’s been a great way to avoid grabbing energy drinks, which are usually loaded with sugar and way overpriced. The flavor’s pretty good too—nice and refreshing. Yeah, it’s a bit on the sweet side, but no big deal; I just mix it with more water, and it’s perfect. Plus, it’s super convenient to toss into a shaker and go. Overall, it’s a great product. Gives me energy, helps with hydration, and doesn’t have me reaching for junk. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something simple and effective!

The watermelon in my opinion is the best flavor of Amino Energy, 2nd favorite is grape. The taste is actually very enjoyable with 2 scoops in 16 ounces of water. This works well, although you can become used to the caffeine boost and feel you need to use more. I try to rotate this with regular Amino powder without caffeine to prevent this from happening.

Update: This is the second day I’ve used this product. I did not add in the beet root powder this time. The taste is like Gatorade- salty with a little sweet because of the electrolytes. I still don’t think this is a very good supplement to use as a pre workout unless you max the dosage which is 6 scoops but that’s a bit excessive (it’s 300mg caffeine). I used 2 scoops plus a half (so 150mg caffeine). The nice thing is that the manufacturer included multiple serving suggestions on the label so that you can see exactly how much caffeine you’re getting- that’s impressive. I wish coffee would have the same labeling. So my face has that itchy feel which doesn’t bother me but again, I don’t have that “I’m ready to get up and exercise” push that I was hoping to get from this drink. I purchased this to minimize the types of chemicals I was putting in my body and also because I needed an amino acid drink. I still feel like I want a container of pre-workout and a separate container of amino acids without caffeine. Bummer. Original review: Tastes very good! I bought watermelon and mixed in a serving of organic beet root powder. It tasted like a fruit punch jolly rancher. I bought this thinking I would be able to use it as a pre-workout but I’m not so sure. I am used to that instant energy surge that I get after taking pre-workouts. This gave me energy but nothing to help with motivation and focus. I think that’s what is really missing here is the focus component that pre-workouts have. Otherwise, nice amino acid drink

Great taste

This one is quite nice, tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher, before this i used the normal grape version but wanted something with an added hydration helper, i find the caffeine level of this product just right, its not a crazy amount and i don't get the shakes or tingles like some other products give you the only downside is this one is quite a bit more expensive compared to the normal version and its hard to justify that increase when not on a special time mark down

I bought this product in a rush and based on google recommendations(since the preworkout i use ran out in amazon and i needed some that i couldn't find that ships quickly) and i cannot recommend buying it. It has very low amount of the actual product to justify the price since you need multiple scoops to actually feel its effect, and they set their maximum to 6 scoops. Meaning, you will runout of it in less than a week. Also, the packaging for mine came without a single tamperproof sticker or anything, inside the cover of the container there wasn't anything to prevent leakage not even a paper wrap. It also came in a normal store bought plastic bag?(Yea, who even does that?) Gladly amazon support helped me with a refund regarding the no tamperproof because its going straight in the trash. Like, i don't even know what can possibly be mixed in with it if its not sealed propely

I just want to leave this review as I thought some reviews here were really unfair. The product came all sealed up, with the outside and inside seal. I weighed the product and it was the same as it says in the packet.
