I chose for them to send out a replacement item (as my whole family enjoys hitting it every time entering & exiting the garage) they agreed after exchanging my info and their invoice for my reviewing before confirming anything. A few days later I received it and had waited a while before updating this, and it’s help up so far. Very helpful and nice team/customer support, thank you guys for helping out!
