Easy to assemble. We installed the railing before filling the hot tub and it still takes some effort to slide under the hot tub. Sturdy and perfect for assisting getting in/out of the hot tub. Provides good stability for seniors.

Very good value and has worked wonderfully for someone who uses a cane for mobility. He feels much safer now and uses our hot tub much more

"Item" looks nice but is wobbley. It needs bigger nuts and bolts with lock washers! I will probably take it somewhere and have it welded.

Everything about this product was off. In fact, it was so off that they ended up giving me a full refund. None of the parts were correctly engineered and the pieces would not fit together no matter what we tried. They were very kind and quick to offer the refund and said they were unable to offer replacement at this time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product.
