Good but greasy and expensive.
A bit "greasier" than my preference. I like the firmer consistency of the PALACIOS chorizo more. Too bad this costs so much more than theirs. Tastes fine bit again, I like flavor of PALACIOS better.

Superior Chorizo
I make pea soup with chorizo. Always used supermarket brands in the past. This chorizo was a real game changer - so tasty and not chewy. Will definitely buy again.

Different taste for different folks
There are subtle taste differences with chorizo. This one was very good but not my top favorite.

Dried chorizo
Very tasty bit expensive for 7 oz. But very good. Makes a good snack or part of a antipasto with cheese olives, peppers and fruit with afresh italian or sourdough bread.

Greasy
The advertisement picture does not reflect what you actually get... Greasy chorizo. The chorizo is greasy, tastes greasy and definitely doesn't in any way resemble good Spanish chorizo. Not worth it. Might as well buy cheap pepperoni. Terrible calidad. No vale la pena. Definitivamente no refleja bien lo que realmente es chorizo español.
