I have used Wind Exe capsules before and found them very good

Found these excellent for indigestion, active ingredient simeticone appears to work for me in about 15 minutes and lasts hours. Don't take a lot but firmly believe these won't cause any other issues. Seems bit expensive but if they work, why worry.
