Does it bond to TPO roofing?

It says right on the tube this fluid-applied flashing bonds to wood, concrete, masonry, architectural metals, glass, PVC, FRP, EPDM and most other building materials. So I would think so.

Will this work to make a flashing where wood and stucco meet. Without tearing out the stucco? And can this be painted after it dries?

It would stick to both but would look terrible painted over.

Will it adhere to existing stucco paper, bithiophene sticky tape, and bithiophene stretch tape?

This material will probably stick to anything. That said, it's meant to be used in the joints between Zip panels, so be advised of that. I have used it on top of Zip tape when I thought the tape might have been compromised by a cut.
