Great rucksack for my 3year old nephew. He loves it and fits a lunch bag in it and other things for preschool. Good size too. Very pleased and delivered quick.

Lovely backpack, but...
Design, colour, quality of materials, size... perfect. However it was faulty, the pocket on the front was lop-sided and the top handle was not centered but sewed to the right. I wanted to exchange it but the only option given was a refund. I love the bag but I don't feel like going through the whole process of buying again in case I have the same problem.
