I thought that it might just be from two spots, but the entire board had splinters along the edges. Bummed me out because I was looking forward to trying this board. I sent it right back. I hope that this was a one-off and that the next buyer has better luck, but this experience scared me off from this seller, and this brand (Hyperlite).
