This product is a bit too salty for me but I like it. Like it says, fry it until it is crispy and add an egg or two. I make the egg sunny side up and a bit runny.

A nice change from corned beef hash
Taste like country sausage. I prefer roast beef hash or corned beef hash but this is a nice option.

One of three hash products from Mary kitchen. This one is wetter out of the can and much harder to fry to a "crust" than the other two. Tastes good, but I will be sticking with the corned beef hash.
