I love these. I’ve had a gastric bypass and my body doesn’t absorb things easily. The dissolving pills are absorbed quicker. The taste isn’t bad either. They are also very reasonable.

Blood test said I was low on B12. So, I bought this product, because it had some good reviews. It's also chewable, so it's easy to take. This is a good product. I'm on my 2nd bottle. I love the taste. I hate taking pills of any kind. So this is a joy to take. It does pick up the energy. I will continue as the results continue. Have to get lab work done in a couple of months. We'll see what takes place. I believe it will good. I love this product because it causes the small capillaries in the toes and fingers to receive the blood they need. If I don't have this on hand, my feet and hands start to get numb. It feels good to know I can take this instead of taking something that has way too many side effects. I only take otc. I am 67 and I only take Bayer Aspirin once a week and Walgreens Antiacids once a week. My doctor said that I was the best patient she has, because everyone else takes at least 10 pills a couple times a day. I value my health and I watch what goes into my body. Make up your own mind concerning this vitamin, but I'm sold on them

High strength palatable

My doctor put me on the supplement because my vitamin B12 level was very low. After 3 weeks of daily use, my level increased to well above the normal range so my doctor cut back on the supplement to every other day. Since the supplement worked so well, I don’t have to start taking the vitamin B12 shots! I also like that the pill is fast dissolving, usually within 30 seconds.

I'm very happy with Natrol B-12. I had been using Nature's Bounty B-12 which is a sublingual form (designed to be absorbed under my tongue). I wanted a B-12 that was in tablet for but absorbed as well for me and these seem to be. Some vitamin B-12 tablets upset my stomach, these do not. I started taking B12 years ago when my older brother recommended it. He told me that Metformin (for type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes) can cause vitamin B-12 deficiency. I was feeling low energy and a few of my toes were feeling kind of numb: both symptoms of B-12 deficiency. My brother took Metformin years before I started and was warned about this B-12 deficiency side effect by his doctor. I'm really glad he shared that with me! B-12 supplements made a definite positive difference in my quality of life. There are several things I like about this Natrol brans B-12 compared to my previous sources: + The tablets are small and easy to swallow with my other morning meds/supplements. + The strawberry flavor is quite pleasant + Less messy than liquid B-12 (I admit I’m a klutz) + Does not upset my stomach (most other pill for vitamin B-12 does) One I don’t like so much is this pill contains wheat. I’m gluten-free (mostly) and the small amount in these pills does not seem to trigger a reaction for my non-celiac disease sensitivity to wheat products. Do you need vitamin B-12? I suggest consulting a Doctor if unsure. WebMD and a number of other sites list symptoms of B-12 deficiency. They include (I only had a couple of them): + Feeling Weak, tired, or light headed + Heart palpitations and shortness of breath + Pale skin + A smooth tongue + Constipation, diarrhea, a loss of appetite, or gas + Nerve problems like numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, and problems walking + Vision loss + Depression, memory loss, or behavioral changes In conclusion this Natrol B-12 appears at least as effective a solution than my previous sublingual B-12.
