Yerba mate is an excellent product but does need more flavor
This product works quite well it's a little weak on flavor but it does help digestion and it does hold off your appetite

Tastes good and energizes. Just add water. I also add caffeine but not necessary. Great value for the money.

Be Careful
I have been taking this product for 2 months and I really enjoyed it. This last batch I received was absolutely horrible the smell, taste, and texture were totally off. I had my first cup yesterday and could not understand why the powder was clumping up so I made a second cup today and the same things happened. Truly confused what changed with this product and the seller needs to look into this.

Surprisingly really good
I saw this on Instagram from someone I follow and figured what the heck? I am actually glad I did. I does help me feel full in the morning. I have a coffee before work then the tea once I am at work as well as a bowl of oatmeal. Since drinking this I don't get hungry before lunch and I will also say it doesn't affect me where I get jittery from the caffeine in fact I have even taken naps on the weekend. A piece of advice though, if you get this make sure you have a frother. Shaking and stirring are not the best options for mixing. They will work but I think it tastes better when frothed.

Update: I love this tea!!!!
I absolutely love this tea!!!!! I felt the benefits instantly and it tastes amazing. I tried the other one from brainista and it was nowhere near as amazing as this one — down from the taste, the benefits and the price. If you’re thinking of buying this — please go ahead and do so. Update: I have no clue what happened but this is my forth time ordering this tea and it came darker than it normally is and the taste was awful, I didn’t taste the peach/mango at all. I am literally so disappointed, reached out to the seller and I haven’t heard back.
