I’ve been taking these consistently and have honestly noticed a difference. I feel like I have better mental clarity and less brain fog throughout the day. I’ve also noticed that I seem to handle my emotions better and feel a little more balanced overall. I can’t say for sure that every benefit is from the creatine, but I definitely notice a difference when I’m taking it regularly. Plus they have really good flavor and they’re so much easier and more enjoyable than mixing creatine powder. Definitely happy with them.

An easy and tasty to get your daily creatine. I have tried creatine in different forms and this is by far the most enjoyable. I have tried 4 flavors now and enjoy all of them so far. The price is higher than buying a powder, but if it gets me to ACTUALLY take my creatine every day - I find that worth it. There is still a little bit of that sandy/gritty taste and a little bit of an aftertaste but A: I expect that and B: it doesn’t take away from the flavor of the gummy itself. I will be continuing to purchase! So far I think orange is my favorite.

Create is an amazing product. Really changes my mood, cognitive thinking, and physical appearance and energy. This is my first time using creatine, so I don’t have much to compare to, but I think these are great. A tiny bit stiff/gritty for a gummy and I definitely prefer the watermelon flavor.

I have tried the multi flavor packets and they are all taste good, and the texture isnt unpleasant. So it makes them easy to chew up. They aren't very sweet and no artificial taste or after taste. The gummies are about the size of a quarter. My favorites are the peach, cherry, and the orange. I have been eating three a day for about a month. I can tell a difference in the firmness of my legs and my arms. They are looking less giggly. I have lost about 5 pounds in the last month. I am uncertain if that is due to CREATE or not, but I am looking forward to even more improvements with eating the gummies. It was important to me that they are made in an FDA registered facility.

I can genuinely tell a difference since starting creatine, and these gummies have made it so easy to stay consistent. I love that I don’t have to mix a powder into anything—they’re convenient, taste great, and are so easy to take before my workouts. I’ve definitely noticed results and will continue using them!

A little pricier than some, but worth it! Excellent ingredients, great taste and a definitely see more muscular definition AND noticed when I switched to a different brand! Worth it!!
