Topics covered start right at the basics of how to use a hoop and thread a needle. Just about everyone could use this kit. Even children from around age 7 with a bit of adult help. It has been easy and fun to complete. I plan to stitch the individual fabric squares together to make a book along with some more advanced stitches. This kit comes highly recommended.
