Noodles breaks easy!
I bought mine at the Oriental Market, it was my first time to cook these noodles, this brand has 2 different ones, the other one is more white in color, and the other one is a little bit darker. The one with the darker color, and texture is different than the other one. The dark noodle is the one that I cooked before, noodles breaks easy, even if you are gentle with it while stir-frying. But the noodles taste good after it's done cooking and that's why I give it a 3 star rating, otherwise I would give it a one star rating. The strange part is the noodles is not mushy or over cooked, but it's still breaking into small pieces!!
