This Vacuum is perfect!! It cleans like its suppose to and also very quiet.. I have'nt had any issues at all with it..it does not get stuck on anything , it goes around objects.. cleans where I set it to clean.. and empties on its on.. the coverage is amazing.. very good quality and worth the money I paid for it... I love it!! :)

I always want to get a new robot with dual mops. I have compared Robotrock Qrevo, Dreame X50, and ECOVACS online. My final choice is this ECOVACS T50. First, the set up was pretty easy. I have Robotrock Q8, and it took me almost 90 minutes to scan the QR code to set up the app and connect to the internet. This T50 only needs couple minutes. This vacuum is really quiet but still very efficient. It really cleans up all hairs, dirts, and other trash on my floor. With the dual tank function, I only need to dump out the dirty water, and the mops are always clean. I don’t need to take out the clothes and wash separately. It’s also easy to control the robot and set up the schedule through their app; or just simply talk to the robot to start cleaning. Overall, I am really happy with this purchase.

After a lot of research, I purchased this ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni instead of the Max version, since I don’t have carpeting. It weighs about 35 pounds and looks solid. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. You’ll want to keep the packaging in case you need to ship the deebot to ECOVACS under their limited warranty. Additionally, you’ll want to purchase the Asurion Protection Plan for this complex appliance. I purchased the 3-Year Plan. When unboxing it, the bottom mopping pad plates can be removed to peel off the packing tape wrapped around it. There’s a rubber tube holding it in place so I was concerned that I would damage it but it’s flexible. Be sure to get the tube back into place when reinserting the pad plates. This robot is not excessively noisy when running and is much quieter than my Dyson V15. It verbalizes when it’s returning to the station, emptying the dust bin or washing and drying the mop pads. It’s consistently been able to dock without problems. The app needs work and I’ve struggled to navigate it. It’s taken a lot of experimentation to become somewhat familiar with it. Mapping has also been problematic. My impression, from other reviews, was that it would be easy but that wasn’t the case for my house. The portion of my house that I wanted to map is on one level. I have ceiling to floor mirrors on one wall and dark throw rugs and furniture. During initial mapping, the deebot failed to map my hallway, master bedroom and entire living room. It also got hung up on the black star base for my living room chairs that have low slung legs which radiate outward. I have metal thresholds where my floor transitions from ceramic tile to vinyl flooring and the deebot struggled to cross those as well. Fortunately, after many attempts, I’ve finally gotten an accurate, functional map. To accomplish this, I taped 12 inch wide paper to the bottom of the mirrors, picked up all of the dark throw rugs and used an extremely bright flood light to illuminate the area while following the deebot throughout the house. When it turned in my direction, I turned the light away from it. The bright light kept the deebot from hanging up on the radiating chair legs. Instead, it navigated around them resulting in a fully mapped living room. The extra lighting made all the difference when mapping. I've used the new map and it operated as expected, producing excellent cleaning results. I was very frustrated initially with the app but I’m currently optimistic that I have a viable map. If things change and new problems arise, I’ll update this review. I deducted a star due to the app.

It’s older model but I really this brand. I brought many of robots for my Airbnb houses and my own house. Especially my house has 3 of them! I set this one upstairs to clean up kids bedrooms. The battery is totally enough for whole upstairs with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I barely hear when it works upstairs. It has multiple level of suctions and works well on wood floor and carpet. I love it has a feature that I can turn on camera to see when it’s working. Great price for sure! Definitely highly recommended to anyone who is looking for robot to help out.

I’ve had this vacuum under a year and I am ready for a replacement. It works “fine.” My house does look vacuumed and clean all the time. The mapping is spectacular, and the object avoidance is decent. Here are my problems. It does not “see” low obstacles and gets stuck all the time. Things like a cat tree base, a table with metal rail base, heat registers, Christmas tree stands etc. It also is no match for any kind of loose string. It gets stuck in the short fringe of my Persian carpets near daily. Also, pet excrement- hair balls does not see it and will run it right over. BUT, it dos see fur from a cat fight and will vacuum around it. 😒 It stinks. I use the branded cleaner for the mopping, but it smells awful when it’s air drying. I have cleaned every part I am able to, but it still smells like mildew mixed with cleaner. The inside of the machine is not able to be cleaned, and it does not self clean. It just self cleans the mop pads. Which is another problem, they keep falling off! One pad falls off about weekly. I found a pad on the floor this morning because the Velcro was not sticking. Also this morning, I found the roller brush sitting in the hallway while the vacuum was tackling my kitchen. The enclosure had somehow caught on something and detached itself, along with the roller brush. For a $600 robot vac (which is what I paid for it 7 months ago in August 2025) I expected better. It needs babysat way too much. If you have no pets and only a few carpets, it would be ok.

We have been "employing" robot vacuums to clean our Airbnb and it's one of the best investments we've made. The Ecovacs T50 Pro Omni is our newest employee. The setup was straight forward, all the components are easy to get to, water tanks feel sturdy, and the station is not gigantic. All the stuff we love. Off to its cleaning duty, mapping was quick and accurate. We noticed the robot was less bulky than our previous model and was able to get to more tricky spots like the space under the dinning chair. Cleaning was effective, we soon see some dirty muddy water after each cleaning, even though the floor didn't seem very dirty. It noticeably is more efficient with water and need less to clean than our previous model as well. One downside we noticed was that it didn't recognize wires very well and tripped over it twice already, so we have either block those areas as no go zones or put up the lose wires before cleaning. Overall, it was our first Ecovas robot and we are happy with the full functionality and its cleaning abilities given pretty affordable price point.

I’ve set things up so all the messiest spots are grouped together. I don’t usually move furniture, but when I do—like in the kitchen, shifting a couple of chairs across an imaginary line I created—it clears the whole area for Al, my vac, to clean faster and more efficiently. He cleans edges really well and never bumps into walls, which is a big plus! Plus, the mopping feature is a fantastic bonus for the price. With cats and dogs around, the carpets and floors look great. Programming it is simple, and it works just as promised. We run it daily and don’t need to empty the bin every time since the charger has an attached “waste basket” that collects all the dirt. It needs an extra charge to clean the whole house—about 1900 sq ft on one floor—but it recharges itself and keeps going. The remote with WiFi makes setup easy. When I mop, I add water to the dispenser; otherwise, it doesn’t require any attention. No more hauling out my heavy vacuum—Al takes care of it all. For the dining room, I just push the chairs back over my line, and Al gets right to work there too. I use different maps for various parts of the house—like my son’s apartment and the master bath, where I mop just like in the kitchen. I’ve also learned to exclude rugs or block off areas where I don’t want Al to go, and he totally gets it. Whether I send him out from his charger or carry him closer, he figures out where he is within about 90 seconds and starts cleaning. Al’s battery easily handles sweeping and mopping, and he always finds his way back to recharge. Charging is quick, and battery life has never been an issue.

Vacuum was easy to set up and use with the app. Mapped the home with no problems. It does everything it states it can do. Gets in corners and along base boards well, goes under and around objects (e.g. chairs at dining table). Leaves a clean, dry surface with combination of vacuum and mopping. Main recommendation is to pick up throw and bathroom rugs prior to mapping and running. We live in dusty, dry area with grass and dirt constantly brought in by our dogs. This vacuum keeps the house clean during the week and reduces the number of deeper cleanings we have to do throughout the year. Easy to find replacement parts that are good quality and cheap. Great purchase.

للاسف انتظرت اكثر من 55 يوم حتى يصلني المنتج و بعد وصول المنتج وجدت انه لا يعمل بشكل جيد ( عيب تصنيع في مضخة الماء ) اي انه لا يستطيع مسح الارضيات مضى على الاسترجاع 10 ايام و حتى الان لم تصلني اموالي تجربة سيئة جداً
