I am not, but even I loved them. They are large sausages, but I thought that they would shrink, as I pan grilled them. To my surprise, they did not shrink one iota! Nor were they greasy after cooking.I placed one sausage in a pretzel bun with mustard and ate it. It was delicious. Then, I sliced the remaining sausage into rounds and ate that as well! Though I did not taste apples or Gouda cheese as individual, singular flavors in the sausage, they did combine nicely with the pork to give it a full bodied, delicious and savory flavor.
