I think most people take a supplement like this for a purpose. Very true in my case - I want to take in additional Vitamin B12 to deal with my postherpetic neuralgia. I went to this one as I need other Vitamins B too. Having used some other Vitamin B complex supplements I came to the conclusion that this is the best for me: it covers nearly the entire spectrum of Vitamins Bs one would ever need. And the doses are more than enough in most cases. It is value for money.

These really helped me with my energy since I have the MTHFR gene and B vitamins didn't do much for me before. Taking these daily helped my mood and energy levels (not like a buzz just not completely lethargic). No stomach issues or anything like that. That smell though... I don't know if it is a brand issue or that's just how methylated vitamins smell, but hold your nose when you take them.

These are the correct formulation of B vitamins from what I read. I take them in my morning stack and notice I have more energy with less reliance on coffee. I haven’t noticed and stomach issues or side effects. I’ve not noticed odor, taste or anything weird about them.

We know this is part of the reason. This supplement is part of a mix of supplements we each take under the supervision of our primary care doctor and a specialist for my husband. Our health conditions mean that we will both have to take this long term and it will take a while to get our stored B vitamin levels up to normal ranges on our blood test. It hasn't caused any GI digestive issues, which is great because my husband's digestive system is as easy to anger as a mound of army ants and just as vicious to him, poor guy. The size of the pills are perfect too. They are much smaller than we expected which is great. We both hate taking giant capsules for medications and supplements.
