To answer your question:Since I only have experience with this one brand, you may assume that it is "isolated".I believe that this unit is a Vietnamese brand.  I bought it for features vs price.  When finally assembled (it ain't easy), the unit looks very good and works very well. However:1. There is no attempt to seal the glass enclosure to the tub.  If using the shower(s), water drips out everywhere.2. The nylon rollers for the sliding glass door shattered after two months.  The seller had replacements, but they're difficult to change.  They shattered again.3. The circulating pump quit working after six months - probably just the pneumatic switch, but you must move the entire tub to get at this.4. Assorted other "cheapnesses" have cropped up - including corrosion of the upper structure; failure of the drain closure; shifting of the leveling feet; etc.There are undoubtedly good quality units out there, but expect to pay at least twice the price.  If you really want a steam shower/tub, buy a brand name that you are familiar with.  This one offers a lot of glitz but is very poorly designed and manufactured.Bud FischerParowan, Utah

Can you please state it this unit is delivered fully assembled and if so will if go through a normal door opening?

No, it requires assembly.  It is best to have this done by a plumber and an electrician.The tub / shower is delivered on two palates.  It is taller than a normal doorway.

what are the inside dimensions of the tub? how deep can you fill with water?
