I love this stuff, use every day and have yet to get another cold sore in nearly a year. Fab!!

After having persistent recurring coldsores over the past few months, I decided to buy this as my lips were also very sore and chapped and no cream or balm was easing the dryness. Zorvirax was easing the itching, but for the first time my lips were getting overly dry and sore. The cold sore was already at stage 3/4 (sore open and crusting over) and applied this the afternoon I received it. It provided instant relief and my lips were feeling much better and more moisturised by the evening. By the second day of use my cold sore had pretty much cleared up. I have found that its a bit too heavy when I dont have an active coldsore, so I think I will only use it then. I also like the packaging with the applicator being a stick as I found it very convenient to use. It was also a very nice gesture as the manufacturer sent me a letter of thanks for trying the lip balm along with another stick to try which was totally unexpected.All in all, I would use this again and even though was a bit pricy was happy with my purchase.

Love the texture of this balm and it has reduced my cold sores to almost nothing.

This is great at what it does, but it's hard to justify the price.

I have used this product for two years. Initially I had two cold sore events and used the treatment - it worked so much faster than other products and was much more pleasant to apply. Every night since I have used the lip balm and to date no further outbreaks. This has amazed me as it has been a problem for many years with several cold sores a year, especially when going on holiday. I am sure the daily use of the lip balm at night has also helped keep them at bay. I would strongly recommend giving it a go. It may seem expensive but it has certainly been worth every penny for me!

This is my FAVORITE cold sore lip care and treatment brand! I genuinely swear by this brand as it has significantly helped to reduce my symptoms and prevent the uncomfortable side effects of cold sores. This product is super moisturizing and is totally worth the money. I personally love the texture of both the lip balm and lip treatment as it seems to be super beneficial in keeping the cold sores from surfacing. 100% recommend if you are looking for a lip balm and treatment that reduce (and prevent) the side effects of cold sores.

Great product! I’ve never had a cold sore before but I had an allergic reaction to another lip product I used and this Herstat had my lips feeling back to normal in about 2 days. I’ve continued using it because I like the texture (it feels kinda waxy, but not in a bad way) and I find I don’t have to reapply as often as I do with my other lip balms.

Its like blistex but better! Been buying for 3 years couldnt tell you how many ive bought now. They are great and massively reduce the frequency of coldsores from 6 or more a year to maybe 2 a year. They have a coldsore cream too that works amazing 👏🏻 They can take my money any day!

Good product

I haven’t had a coldsore since using this daily. It smells like beeswax, which isn’t absolutely horrible. It doesn’t affect lipstick application, and isn’t goopy.
