Excellent supplement - I take some every morning to charge my day

I started using the Chaga and Lions Mane extracts almost every day for the last month and a half. I've always struggled with restless sleep and focusing during the workday. Lions Mane was recommended to me to help with alertness and deeper REM sleep, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep patterns since trying it. I've experienced deeper, uninterrupted sleep on a consistent basis. While I was shopping for Lions Mane, I saw that the Chaga extract had great benefits to it also (anti-inflammatory, good source of Vitamin C, etc.), so I got that to try as well. I'm pretty particular about trying new products and I was honestly a little nervous that the extracts would have an overpowering "mushroom taste." I was pleasantly surprised with how faint the taste is and how well they both complimented my coffee. These extracts have quickly become staple ingredients on my kitchen coffee bar. I'd definitely recommend to others who are looking for a more natural sleep and focusing aid.

Taste is ok

I've been a fan of chaga mushroom for many many years. A friend of mine used to buy his from someone who would Harvest them and sell them to him in chunks. My friend literally had to cut up the chunks into smaller chunks with a bandsaw. He would give me some smaller pieces to take home but even those were so hard when I tried to grind it up with a coffee grinder it cracked the lid of my plastic coffee grinder. So here I am finding another way to take chaga mushroom hehe The taste of this really doesn't taste like much of anything all I can really taste is the alcohol in it. Chaga mushroom has always made me feel better. This was effective for me in a matter of minutes given that this is a tincture and that's pretty routine when you take something in a tincture form. Everyone has their own way of doing things but personally I like to hold all of my tinctures under my tongue for a few minutes. The only thing that's the questionable to me at this point is this is only a 15-day serving for a price point of $20. Personally I think that that's a bit expensive.

Worst Chaga extract. It’s watered down. It should have just a hint of flavor and color, but it does not. What a waste of money! I’ve been using Naturealm Chaga for 5 years and decided to try this one because it had good reviews. Big mistake. I never got sick in 5 years with Naturealm’s but with THIS one, I got a nasty cold soon after making the switch. I can’t say for certain that it it’s responsible for me getting sick, but it is highly suspect. I’ll never ever switch from Naturealm again. I credit NATUREALM with keeping me healthy and keeping my cancer from returning.
