I have a torn meniscus that is scheduled for surgery and this brace helps a lot vs single band types. The brace works well on bare skin or over jeans- I usually am working in scrubs and the brace tends to slip down when over the top of raylon/polyester materials. If you’re of a small build this brace will be perfect for you- I just wish they made one a little bigger! The double velcro helps keep it really secure for when you’re running around and it’s a very intelligent design! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Works well & Comfortable *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 30, 2019* I was surprised how much support it provided for my inner knee due to a small bout of tendinitis during my walk/run activities. It felt like it would slide down my leg but I just had to tighten it more.
