However it has a nasty whine whenever it charges via the solar panel. It doesn't hold much charge. While I don't have (or know of) a way to test to see if it holds as much as advertised, I suspect that it doesn't. It also does not charge my device(s) as fast as it can gather charge from the solar panel. Thus it completely empties its batteries as it charges my device. This triggers a saftey feature that turns off the ability to charge my devices. This persists even after the solar panel has completely recharged the devices batteries.
