This egg cooker is absolutely great. Not guessing anymore if eggs are done, no cracked eggs. So easy to use and eggs come out great. I highly recommend this item.

The only negative I can mention is that the base cannot be separated from the power cord for cleaning. My first batch of eggs has two eggs crack and spill egg into the base. I had to clean the base which entailed rinsing it. This meant the power-connected part came in contact with water. I did everything I could to prevent the power parts from being hit by water, but there is no way to be certain. Because of this, I deducted one star. The eggs it made on my first attempt were perfectly cooked. That's the whole point of this contraption, and it did the job. I used distilled water (as I'm boiling it away), which I also recommend any user do. The water boiled away and the auto shut off shut the unit off, as it is supposed to do. This is a very good egg cooker. For the price, it was the best I saw. I would purchase it again if I had need of another egg cooker.

Good items

It was an adequate egg steamer but only at the beginning. It does the job but there's no alert noise when it's done - just the red light going off. Then some of the eggs started to crack - at first, sometimes and only a little, but then big enough to cause a mess inside. Within a year, at least 2-3 eggs will crack with at least 1 almost emptying out and creating a huge mess. The stainless steel surface leave burn marks if the egg leaks, which is difficult to get rid off. It is quite compact, and relatively cheap though not the cheapest. Only good thing I could.

I purchased this egg cooker in November, and initially, it worked great for my needs. However, I recently encountered a serious problem: the unit overheated during use, making it unsafe and unusable. This was disappointing, as I had high hopes for its durability. I am reaching out here to see if there’s any way to return or replace the product, given that it hasn’t lasted as expected. Does it's job pretty well, no issues as of such. The only issue I'm facing is with the wire cord, its too short. Otherwise a happy purchase 🙃
