I wish they were larger, but I make them work. They’re cute, but they do the job and they’re durable. When I first got them out of the package, I thought these are gonna break first use, but they did not and they’re still going strong.

Love the large clear & pastel bun clips. I like the wear just one bun to school, but my hair has gotten so long that the large are almost too small. The older styles fit better, but can no longer find them in large clear or pastel. Want more as some have broken, but just can't seem to find them. This newer style is definitely more durable, just the large size is smaller than before. It's hard to get clips to stay in my hair, but these hold well. I just wish they'd keep the clear & pastel in the large size in stock better. They also used to have a set of large jeweled colors, but can't seem to find them anymore. I'll keep looking because they hold in my hair so well.

I needed a product to quickly put my daughter’s hair in a bun for ice skating show rehearsals. This product fit the bill. You just twist your hair around and around to make a bun on top or back of your head and then push this comb into the bun and let go of the clamp and the birdcage holds it in place. EASY PEASY! I had her jump around and this thing holds in place. Better than snap barrettes! My only complaint is that one of these combs came partially broken. If the vendor could package these better, it would’ve been a 5 star product. But it’s not entirely a waste since we have 5 more in the package.

I have ALOT of hair. Its long and very thick. I like to put my hair up to sleep and I have to say these are great. I wish the cup part was bigger. But the hold is good. Recommend

OK, I know colors are really not trustworthy when viewed on the screen. I mistakenly bought the med when I meant to buy large (and I ordered the large after realizing my mistake. The med is really small and might look cutee in two little buns for some little girls (but would need two of each color!)or if you have very fine hair. Color preferences are also in the eye of the beholder and these are not colors I would choose to use, but would match some of the fashion outfits I am currently seeing in the stores. (color names can be a night mare problem too :-) I am describing the colors as they appear to me. the black is a true black. there is a burgundy with a slight hint of a brown tone, a tawny peach (brownish gold); taupe beige, creamy beige (I thought from the picture it was more of an ivory white :-( and a brownish plum color. I wish the transparent colors came in the large in the rose style! as I can use more of them and prefer the rose style to the one I could get them in. This holds my hair up nicely at the crown of my head, so I can reccommend it if you tend toward the colors known as the autumn colors in some of the fashion color systems (except for the black, which belongs to the winter colors) I only gave a three because I prefer the softer, greyed colors and I thought from the pictures I was getting at least three of them!

My hair is thick and fine. It's almost down to the middle of my back. There are times when I want it off my neck. With this dome clip I just gather it like for a ponytail, twist it a few times and "screw" it into a little bun high on the back of my head. Once I get all the ends tucked in, I slide this clip into place and I'm ready to go. It's easy to work with. The most difficult part for me is tucking all the hair ends into the bun, but after I've done that, the clip looks great and feels secure. I've bought all types of hair accessories over the past 3 years as my hair has grown out. This dome clip is one of the best accessories I've found. I'll be using them daily during the summer heat and humidity when I definitely do not want hair on my neck and shoulders.

These are great for a nice secure round bun. It's hard to find clips of any style that hold my hair securely, but brand always does. The spring is amazingly strong, and stays that way over time. Cute and well thought out design works great and I can put it in in the morning, and it will stay all day. This style is very forgiving, if you don't get all your hair in at first, and you don't want a messy bun look, you can continue pushing hair in around the clip and tuck it under nice an neat. Or if you want a messy bun you can pull a bit through the holes with a crochet hook. I don't have to use any other implements, no elastic band, no bobby pins to chase around, nothing else to fuss with. These are a pleasure to use, but I don't like to wear it on the back of my head, because if I forget an lean my head back too hard, ouch. I use these on the days I am not coordinated enough to do a proper chignon.

Not great for thicker hair and only holds smaller buns. I have shoulder length hair and it didn't cover but maybe half of the bun.

A solid thick plastic hair clip. I bought both medium and large. I put one of each in photo so the size and differences can be seen. The medium fits shoulder length medium thick hair. Large fits shoulder blades length medium thick hair. Easy to use. Just twist hair into messy bun, open clip then slide comb under bun and close clip. Stays in place very well.
