Attention le 1er est light mais par la suite certains sont plus vifs donc faire attention à l'intensité.On peut utiliser l'appareil soit pour les pieds soit avec 2 électrodes qui peuvent être placées à différents endroits du corps (jambes, bras, etc).J'utilise ce matériel essentiellement pour des douleurs neuropathiques notamment dans les jambes et les pieds et avec une utilisation quotidienne de 30 minutes cela se révèle efficace. Pour moi l'intensité est à 50 mais je pense que pour des massages sans pathologie, 20 peut suffire.
