Bought as so blocked up with a head cold I couldn't sleep and was desperate - amazingly they worked! Immediate relief and a proper night's sleep. Recommended to others who have also found them to be beneficial. So simple and effective. As others have said, they really stick on well, which is great as you don't want them coming off in the night, but this does mean they are a little difficult to remove in the morning. I have found that if I wet them thoroughly, they do come off a little easier.

These are honestly a miracle cure for relieving a blocked nose. I have never woken up with a blocked nose after using this product! Really easy to use, just peel off the sticker and stick to your nose (make sure your nose is clean and dry, no grease or it won’t stick as well).

The Breathe Right nasal strips are quite effective at opening up nasal passages and making it easier to breathe at night. They’re comfortable to wear and do a good job overall. However, I’ve found that they tend to peel off, especially during warmer nights when my skin is a bit sweatier or oilier. Still a decent option, but the staying power could be better.

I’ve used these for a few years and provided you wash and dry your face before you apply them they work pretty well. I definitely breathe more easily and I feel like they generally improve my sleep. What I don’t like is that in the last 6 months they’ve been redesigned and are more uncomfortable. The strip itself if stiffer which is more uncomfortable. I also feel the adhesive has changed as I frequently get an itch under the strip which I wouldn’t get with the older design. I don’t have issues removing them in the morning but you can’t just rip them off; you have to splash warm water on the strip for a minute at least then they come off more easily. Overall, still effective but could be better.

Works well, effective adhesive that also peels off without drama. Sounds like opinion is mixed on whether nasal strips work or not, I stick to mine like a good adhesive. Delivered promptly, packed well.

I have used Breathe Right for years and they generally helped me breathe at night and reduced my snoring. The recent batch I bought (3 packs, so ~£30 wasted) are very different. They no longer have the plastic "spring" which holds the nostrils open, so that part of their function doesn't work, and the glue is pathetic - every one I've used so far has come off in the night. I won't be buying any more and will have to look for an alternative solution. In case anyone is interested, the lot number on one of the unopened packs is 2029-07 2502757 (the mainly blue packaging in the photo below. The other has lot number 2030-01 2507960 (the mainly white packaging in the photo below.

I was wary about these - people saying they helped but didn’t cure. My experience is that they absolutely cured. My husband immediately said he could feel he was breathing better and I have now had three nights of undisturbed sleep. An extraordinary simple fix.

You guys never said it's not reusable....

These are still the best brand, cost is more but I just went through 200 of a cheap brand I had to cut them in half and cut the length and they didn't stick all night. THIS is the best brand, they always stay on all night, I find I can cut them length wise and get two out of each one. These are small too.

I received only 3 pieces , however my order is 4 pieces!!
