Es un buen producto si vas comenzando, la verdad vibra mucho y el no poder ver las revoluciones que estás utilizando también es algo que complica el uso correcto, a demás de que para poner y quitar las brocas es super complicado porque no tiene este mecanismo de bloqueo y desbloqueo, y más si son brocas de manicura rusa ya que son mas delgadas

I purchased this product for my at home manicures. As a mother of 3 daughters, going to the nail salon adds up so this more than paid for itself after the first use. I ordered this e-file in February but by March (a few days before the end of the 30 day warranty through Amazon) the e-file stopped working and started to over heat. I don’t use this e-file on a high speed, as a beginner, I don’t feel comfortable going any higher than one small turn on the dial. Not to mention, the main purpose of this drill is just to remove the top coat of gel polish on a natural nail. Which wouldn’t need a high speed. However, After allowing it time to “cool off” once it shut off, it wouldn’t turn back on. When this e-file worked, it was exactly what I wanted in an e-file. It worked really great and was perfect for a beginner like myself. I reached out to the seller and explained what happens and without asking for anything more in return, offered to send me a replacement! This in my opinion was the epitome of a 5 star customer service company. They also told me if I have any more issues in the future to reach out to them for further assistance. I also signed up for the extended 6 month warranty through their website. This information can be found in the instructional book included. To add to this amazing customer service, the replacement product arrived in 2 short days after contacting them.

Este drill pulidor de uñas ha sido una gran compra. Tiene buena potencia y varias velocidades, lo que me permite trabajar con precisión tanto en manicura como en pedicura. Es ligero, fácil de manejar y no vibra demasiado, lo que hace que el pulido sea más cómodo y profesional. Los diferentes cabezales incluidos son de muy buena calidad y permiten limar, pulir y remover acrílico sin problemas. Excelente producto

This is a neat kit and saves me from going to the spa to pay $45+ just for basic nail hygiene. However, I have large hands and the "bullet" thing that's the motor of the whole system is a bit too small for me to hold. The small removeable sanding and polishing heads are hard to hold as well when transitioning from one to the other. But, it does its job so I'm not going to complain too much
