tastes like dehydrated strawberries, very special K like flavor if thats what you're after. Mixes well as far as I've seen and seems to be a consistent fine powder

Other reviews had issues with the container coming open and spilling during shipping. I didn't have that problem. It arrived perfectly sealed for me. My only issue with the strawberry powder is that it doesn't have as strong of a flavor as I was hoping. I could barely even taste the strawberry flavor in my cupcakes. Next time I will double the amount. That being said, it does have a very natural taste, not chemically at all. And it's a very fine powder much like flour.

I used this product to make strawberry bagels. When I opened the jar, there was absolutely no scent, which surprised me, I expected a good smell of strawberries. After I used it, my bagels had no flavor, just pink color. Tasting it just out of the jar, it barely has a flavor. Very disappointed.

I purchased this for a dessert recipe and it really added good flavor to the dish. I sprinkled some on a strawberry yogurt and it did enhance the flavor. I can see using this powder in many recipes and regular dishes.

Glad it came in a sealed bag as the powder was everywhere. The freshness seal wasn't fully sealed. Was a mess to try and salvage it. :(

Tastes great and is so simple. Lots of flavor packed in a little amount.
