Exactly what I ordered. Very good quality after choosing the "Good" Renewed quality. Screen is perfect. <The most important part really. The laptop has more than a few scuffs where you can see the silver metal instead of the Midnight blue and the keyboard is a little worn. Still, that is to be expected when choosing a lower quality refurb device. All scuffs also seem to be on the edge of the laptop so it still looks quite good when in use. Battery is at 87% with 453 cycles. More than enough for my use, but definitely not great in general. Luckily I will keep it plugged in mostly which is better on the battery. But if this is an issue for anyone you would could take it to apple and get replacement battery for $200. included was a generic GaN USB C 100watt power brick that appears to be good quality. Charging cable included was a color matched, seemingly apple brand MagSafe cable. Macbook was on account setup screen like it was brand new right out of the box. Setup was easy as usual and have had no issues. Everything is fast and cool as a cucumber. 10/10 Would order again. Thank you! hello alsdkfjalsnba

A surprisingly smooth experience from start to finish. The computer arrived in perfect condition—no scratches, no marks, nothing out of place. Right out of the box it felt solid and well‑built, exactly what you expect from Apple. Performance has been excellent. It boots quickly, runs multiple apps without slowing down, and handles everyday tasks as well as heavier work without any issues. The screen looks sharp, the keyboard feels great to type on, and the battery life has been better than I expected. Overall, it’s been reliable, fast, and genuinely enjoyable to use. If you’re looking for a machine that just works the way it should, this one definitely delivers.

I was so skeptical of buying this online, especially as the item only had a few reviews, but all were excellent, so I took a chance. You can't beat this deal. This computer (in midnight black) is so sharp, so fine. I cannot believe how beautiful it is in person, and I am typing this review on it right now. Typing is soft and smooth, and the keyboard is so comfortable. The graphics are elite with many options for accessibility alterations. I'm a writer, and I'm losing my sight, so I'm less worried about a ton of storage and bells and whistles and more concerned with visual and with battery life, comfort under my wrists and hands. This has it all. I use wrist pillows because I have carpal tunnel, but this new MacBook Air has a less sharp edge than the prior model I had, which is nice. I also like that this model returns to the mag battery. I love the larger screen, and despite its bigger size, it is still incredibly lightweight and portable. Everything is lightning fast as far as load up, app function, etc. I migrated using Migration Assistant from my 2019 Air to this one, and it was seamless and easy. I was good to go in an hour with all my data in place. So far everything is pristine, beautiful, and I've been using it for well over an hour on a full charge and the battery hasn't dropped a bit. It's a workhorse as far as I can tell! I'm so pleased with this purchase, and I'm grateful to the seller for being legit and delivering a wonderful product! Thank you!

The 15" M2 MacBook Air 16/512 I ordered really was in excellent condition as promised. Not a single scratch or blemish. And everything functioned perfectly. It didn't come in the original Apple packaging, but well-protected nonetheless. It came with what appeared to be a new dual 60w charger with braided cable. (One reviewer complained about getting a cheap knock-off charger, but that wasn't my experience.) What also motivated me to leave a 5-star review is that I ended up deciding this model MacBook wasn't going to meet my needs. I was nervous about the return process and getting a refund, but it went well. For this expensive kind of device, you may be directed to an Amazon locker location instead of a Whole Foods or other convenient location you might be accustomed to for returns. Also, would they claim there were problems despite my being super careful about resetting and repackaging the MacBook? Or maybe I'll get informed that they never received it?! Well, I'm here to attest that the return was easy, reliable and the refund was issued in about half of the estimated potential wait time. I would trust this vendor and Amazon for future purchases. 👍🏼

Laptop came in great condition, but the charger block that was included was not an Apple product and does not work.

I’ve had this laptop for a few months now and I’ve been loving it. It has amazing battery life and good graphics. The sound quality is great as well. As a student, I wasn’t in need of the flashiest laptop, and this has done the job for me so far. Buy refurbished tech for the sake of your wallet and the environment!

This project says Refurbished and excellent but Older than expected scratches and faded and very utilized than I expect

M2 15inch 512gb excellent condition $699 Works amazing and not a scratch anywhere, it came like new BUT i wish I got the 13inch instead because this is very large and the midnight color is brighter than expected. Also smudges 👀

I was always hesitant to buy refurbished products, however, this one changed my mind. Shipping was carefully crafted, and the MacBook is in pristine condition. La computadora llegó dañada de la pantalla, primero no prendía, después prendía, y al momento de empezar a configurarla, se apagaba, luego, al prender, se ponía de varios tonos de gris, la pantalla básicamente estaba dañada, y no dejan de darme largas a la hora de la devolución. Puedes ver en las fotos que la pantalla claramente está dañada, (ignoren, mi reflejo y el de mi perico😅)

Me encantó! Llegó en buen estado, sin detalles y con una batería de 98%, vale totalmente la pena.
