It was not for UK plug but there is no information for it. I could not even able to test it.

The rice cooker completely stopped working within only 6 months of purchase. Despite claiming 1 year guarantee, Cuckoo customer service refused to repair my rice cooker. Very disappointing as someone who has used the cuckoo brand for decades. Will certainly not be buying again.

Used it once. Put it on the next day and no power going through the unit. Absolutely dead. This needs a uk kettle cable which you buy at additional expense. Item also listed as made in Korea but the box itself states this model is made in china. Sent back for a refund after a long wait to even get it delivered and further delay to order a plug only to have it break after a single use. Please avoid purchasing this model. Read other reviews also. I wish I did.

I returned it. It was not what I expected

4 months after buying it and using in about 3 times a week with careful and regular cleaning and it stopped working overnight!

Stopped working within 1 week and now can’t get hold of any for a warranty replacement

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas, and it's now our favourite appliance. We love all of the various settings, and the rice always comes out perfect. Its also compact, and we really like that the timer shows on top AND beeps

This rice cooker has honestly been a game changer in my kitchen. The rice comes out perfectly cooked every single time—soft, fluffy, and never mushy or dry. It’s super easy to use, heats evenly, and the keep-warm function actually keeps the rice fresh for hours without drying it out. I love the compact size too. It doesn’t take up much counter space but still makes plenty for meals or meal prep. The design looks modern and clean, and cleanup is quick thanks to the nonstick inner pot. If you want reliable, restaurant-quality rice with zero guesswork, this is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

I honestly don’t know how to use all of the features of this thing but it works great for my needs. I just add the rice, water, salt, and butter and then press start and like 15 minutes later it beeps at me and I have perfectly cooked rice. It’s a good size for storage, but honestly bigger than I need it to be. It’s also very easy to clean. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is I don’t really understand how to use different features, though I’ll admit that’s partially on me for not reading the manual and not trying to do anything different. The one weird stand out thing is the start button says something like “press twice for quick start” but I think pressing it once does the quick start thing because I basically put ingredients in and press that button and it does everything else for me.
