We bought this air purifier and humidifier to improve the air quality in our apartment, especially now that the days are getting colder. Our indoor plants were also starting to suffer from the lack of humidity, so we needed a solution. During the day, we mostly keep it in the living room, and within just a few minutes, it raises the humidity from a low 30% to a much healthier 45% when running at full speed. After that, we switch it to auto mode and let it do its job. I’m not entirely sure if it can humidify the entire apartment (85 sqft), but at night, we move it to the bedroom and set it to night mode. It’s almost silent, and we wake up without dry air, making sleep much more comfortable. Overall, a great purchase—highly recommended!

Great machine! Works wonderfully! You do have to fill the water tank frequently, does not last a full day on setting 2. 1 star because I can't buy replacement filters anywhere!! Not from Amazon, not from the Homemedics website. In fact, when I search the machine on their website....nothing! I bought two machines. Complete waste of money now that I can't buy replacement filters!!! Ugh! Horrible! And they are still selling this machine on Amazon?? Shameful.

I was tired of my whole house becoming covered in this white dust literally everywhere, so I got this style of humidifier instead. This has been a great purchase. I'm super happy with it! I don't wake up coughing from dry air anymore, it's easy to maintain, the air is just so cozy in our living space. It's not totally silent, but I wouldn't expect a small fan to be silent. It's quiet enough, not disturbing. The size is a little big, but we live in an rv where space is limited, we have a spot where it sits and it's convenient to fill and not in the way. The air quality and humidity is good with this thing running. And the best part, NO WHITE DUST ANYWHERE!! Highly recommend this

I am happy to have found a product that has air purifier and humidifier in one. So far it has worked great. When using the humidifier option it needs to be filled at least once a day which is not ideal but not a deal breaker. It is quite on level one but kind of annoying on levels 2 and up. I run it in level one so it’s ok. Seems to be made very well. I like the touchscreen buttons being on the top. They are easy to see and operate. Would have given 5 stars if water tank didn’t need attention so often and if it was quieter on other levels. Overall, very nice product.

The product provides effective and consistent humidification with quiet operation, and easy fill design. The design of this humidifier is very modern, and what I like most is that it doesn't make any noise like the previous one I had. This one is almost imperceptible, so you can sleep all night without any problems. It performs the function of humidifying the air excellently.

I bought this HoMedics 2-in-1 Air Purifier & Humidifier in January and used it only at night, so relatively light daily use. I also made sure to use purified water, specifically to avoid mineral buildup and extend the life of the filter. After about 3 months, the internal filter developed visible green and white buildup that appears to be mold or microbial growth. This is very concerning for a product that is supposed to improve air quality, not contaminate it. The unit design keeps the filter constantly moist, which seems to make it very prone to this issue. There was no clear warning that such strict maintenance or frequent filter replacement would be required to prevent mold growth in such a short time. At this price point, a filter should not become unusable this quickly under normal, careful use. This raises concerns about both product design and long-term cost. I would not recommend this product unless you are prepared for very frequent cleaning and filter replacements.

This is an amazing air purifier and humidifier. My mother has cancer and going through chemo therapy, and we needed something that would purify the air while keeping is moisturizer. This machine did it all! It helped my mom survive and be able to breathe freely. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this item.

ممتازة وعملية جداً .. ولكن لا اعرف من اين اشتري فلتر مياه جديد للجهاز وفلتر الهواء !! هذا هو العيب الوحيد فيها .

This machine is good. Humidifier works great and it silently works in night mode. Auto mode works fast and increases humidity in 5 minutes. Only air filters are expensive.

Me está salvando la vida con su purificador de aire, pensé que era más pequeño pero igualmente tiene un tamaño muy práctico. Me encanta que puedes solo usar el purificador y solo le agregas el agua en el tanque si quieres también tener la función de humidificador. Me alegra haberlo comprado. Hasta incluye un asa para poder moverlo fácilmente. Es una chulada de aparato. 👍
