This are great for cooling therapy. I keep them in the freezer and if my plantar fasciitis or ankle are sore, I’ll use them and they really help. You need to wear a thin sock under ear so the skin isn’t harmed. These stay snug around the ankle and foot so you get complete coverage and cooling without needing to hold an ice pack or something. It’s soft and comfortable on the bones, since it is gel-filled neoprene. They provide about 15-20min of cooling. I wear a 7.5-8.5 shoe - the S/M is a bit snug. So if you are usually 8+, you may want to size up.

These are awesome! They are a little more expensive than other ones, but are well worth the money - just do it! They do only last 20 minutes max out of the freezer, so if you need more time than that these aren't for you - but for the majority of people 15-20 minutes is all you need. They refreeze in a few hours and don't take up much space in the freezer. They are super comfortable and slip on no problem. I don't regret getting two of these at all! The instructions that came with them say you can use them for heat treatment too, but I haven't tried that and don't plan to.

Love these foot and ankle sleeves! I recommend them to everyone. Easy to use -just put in freezer then when cold slip them on and kick back and relax. The material is soft, the gel is soft and does not freeze hard like a rock so it has flexibility. No you should not walk with them on....maybe tip-toe around if you really need to get up. I stand all day while working and never had a problem w/my feet and I have tile floors and almost always barefoot. I'm overweight and decided to start a walking regiment and began using a Walkpad under my desk occassionally while working & after work....Barefoot...BIG mistake!! Suddenly a week later I was waking up at night with the worst pain in my feet - hot and arches screaming and aching. Bam! planter fasciitis diagnosis. I bought these immediately and started using after work, elevating and slipping these on for about 20min. After a few days, no more waking middle of the night in pain and maybe after a week no more pain in feet. I also bought decent ortho sandals to use w/ walkpad, and cushy slippers to walk around the house instead of being barefoot which also helped. But these were definitely the relief factor!

Feels great for sore feet. So much better than ice or a bag of frozen peas lol. Lasts a good 20 min, is made well and very comfortable material. Stays put in your foot if you have to move you leg or even get up off the couch. Takes up no space in the freezer and has its own zip close bag. This also fits well for your elbow so I recommend if you need it for either! I ordered the set of 2 because why not!?

Super soft and comfortable, my only complaint is the same as many others, I know technically your only supposed to ice things for 20 mins anyways but if this thing held the cold for longer I’d give it 5 stars. Even an hour would be better than the 15-20 mins it stays cold. I would still buy it again though so if you’re on the fence just do what I did and buy the 2 pack.

Just the product I need for my swollen ankles and feet. It gets "ice bath" cold and can be a little uncomfortable at first on bare skin but a pair of socks fix that if needed. I have a condition which cause my tendons and ligaments to laxate causing my ankles to not attach to my feet properly. It is very painful and this helps with swelling and pain.

Fantastic for achilles, heel or arch pain. Not too cold and lasted long enough before I was ready to get up.

My son does martial arts and my daughter does dance, they both seem to roll or sprain an ankle every once in a while. These have been the best for swelling and pain! They fit great, and yes they are cold but never excessively cold that their toes are freezing! These work the best to get the whole ankle best investment!
