I am with psoriasis for past 7 years and the flare up really hurt as my scalp becomes inflamed and itchi, tried a lot of different products but all had the problem of dryness in hair after use.This product has not only cleaned my scalp but also my hairs have a lot of moisture after use.great value for money

One should know how to use this shampoo, this is Not a cosmetic 100rs shampoo. This is a therapeutic shampoo and you need to follow step by step procedure for 100% results. 1) use hair comb and gently scratch or brush your scalp 2) Dilute the shampoo with 1:1 ratio (1 spoon of shampoo with 1 spoon of water) 3) Apply the diluted shampoo to your scalp first ( start from the rear side (bow your head all the down and apply at the back of your head first) and come towards the sides of the head above the ears and finally to the top of the head 4) scratch gently and make sure the shampoo is evenly distributed not only to the affected area but every where 5) wait for 3 minutes 6) Again try scratching your scalp with the tip of your fingers 7) Rinse off the shampoo with Non-Chlorine water 8) Repeat the procedure once again just for 2 minutes and rinse off 9) make sure all the shampoo and lather is completely removed 10) Apply some nice conditioners and use a medium tooth brush and comb it to detangle before you wash 11) wash off the conditioners left in your hair The above procedure will leave with zero dandruff for a week and by continuing the same procedure you will eventually reduce the recurring dandruff and hair fall. Your hair colour might turn to a light tint of copper and it doesn't damage the hair, it will become stronger and by conditioning it regularly you can make it smoother and softer again.

I did not make much difference for me. within 2 days, I have the same amount of dandruff . Pricier. Hair becomes too dry. Product ingredients are not mentioned.

Not worth try other shampoo which is cheaper than this 🤔 😅 Expensive and not working 😕 😑 😪

I am suffering from scalp acne, the medical term for which is Scalp folliculitis for about 1 year now. I have taken antibiotic Divaine for it too and I use medicated shampoo for its treatment. But irrespective of however I treat it, it never goes away and somehow the medicated shampoo can't control the excess oil production in my scalp. But this shampoo is amazing. Every alternate day I use it to remove excess oil from my scalp and it does it perfectly. After many months for the first time finally my scalp acne is gone, though I am still taking antibiotic but without this my scalp wouldn't have cleared up all the pimples. Just a lilttle pea size amount is required. I let this shampoo set in my hair for about 10 mins before rinsing it off. This product is totally worth it and highly reccomended. If I could I would give it 10 stars. :D

I've been using it for almost six months now and it has reduced my dandruff and psoriasis problem to a great extent. My scalp is much better than before. It's is a box expensive though.

It is very helpful for people who is looking water based shampoo less chemical I use it for cleaning scalp after every 2 days as I do lot of work out and my scalp sweats so I cannot use heavy shampoo

هذا الشامبو فعليا انقذني كنت اعاني من التهاب دهني بفروتي وقلت بشتري هذا بدال نيزو رال لانه ما نفع معي حاولت استخدمه لمدة طويلة ولا فاد. ف صرت استخدمه مرتين بالاسبوع وفي الاسبوع الثالث لاحظت فرق كبير وقفت الحكة صارت فروتي نادر تحكني ونظفت فروتي وقل الجلد الميت. بس طبعا كملوا عليه مرتين او مرة بالاسبوع لانه فروتكم تحتاج تنظيف من الزيوت وعشان ما تسبب قشرة او التهاب دهني. طبعا ممكن مرتين بالاسبوع ما يفيد مع بعض الناس هو) على حسب كيف تحسون بشرتكم اذا دهنية لسى بعد المرتين بالاسبوع ممكن تزيدون تصير ثلاثة او على حسب) 10/10 استخدمه لحد الحين ويخلي الشعر والفرو نظيفين بس! دوروه ارخص من البائع اللي شريته منه (Otcrx4u)

Comme toute la gamme Neutrogena, ce produit ne fait pas exception, le résultat est à la hauteur de l'attente. Je m'en sers en alternance avec celui au coaltar pour mater un psoriasis sur le cuir chevelu particulièrement gênant. Le prix ne doit pas vous faire hésiter car les shampoings sont concentrés, ils ont l'aspect d'un gel et il en faut relativement peu pour obtenir un effet visible et sensible. Mes cheveux étant longs je les attache en queue de cheval souplement loin du crâne, j'applique le shampoing sur le cuir chevelu , je fais mousser puis je rince et j'enchaine avec un shampoing doux pour le reste de la chevelure car il n'est vraiment pas utile de laver toute la chevelure avec ce shampoing un peu coûteux. L'apaisement du crâne est sensible dès la première application et à la longue cela permet de revenir à une cadence de shampoing nettement plus sain pour les cheveux.

My two-year old toddler has suffered from bad scalp eczema for most of her life, with scaly itchy lesions that she would scratch to the point of bleeding. I've tried all baby shampoos on the market (Johnson and Johnson, Aveeno, California Baby, Mustela) and none helped. A few months ago I discovered that Dove Bar Soap, Sensitive Skin Unscented, 4 Ounce, 16 Count had been the main cause of redness and intense itching on her skin, which doctors thought was atypical eczema. After discontinuing Dove her skin has mostly cleared up and she no longer itches. I wondered if the detergent (surfuctant) base in most baby shampoos could be triggering a similar response. I knew dandruff shampoos were sometimes recommended for cradle cap in babies, so I tried a small amount (quarter size) of Neutrogena T/Sal Shampoo, Scalp Build-up Control, 4.5 fl oz on her, left it on for five minutes, rinsed well and reapplied, leaving it on for another five minutes. I thought her curly hair would be a dry frizzy mess but was surprised when it dried and it was very soft and wavy; a dime size dab of Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream, 5 Ounce worked through her hair and scalp, a spray of water and some scrunching is all that's needed to form ringlets that hold all day. Her scalp cleared up in less than a week, and although she isn't cured - it comes back if I don't use it on her - I'm glad to finally have found a solution. I use T-Sal once or twice a week on her, if any scales reappear - otherwise, I use Bella B Bee Gone Cradle Cap Baby Shampoo 8 Oz . This shampoo is aloe based, hypoallergenic and paraben free, with a light fragrance that hasn't caused any issues. Both shampoos have worked well on my other children who sometimes get cradle cap as well. On my end, I am sensitive to fragrances and my hair reacts terribly to strong sulfuctants and silicones found in "hydrating" shampoos, causing a huge amount of frizz, dryness, build up and breakage. Before trying T-Sal on my children, I tried it on my wavy hair. I was also surprised to see how well T-Sal cleaned and how soft and light feeling my hair dried afterwards. I've also noticed it helps my hand eczema (from using strong detergents such as Dial 1423982 Purex Ultra Free and Clear Concentrated Liquid Detergent, 100oz Bottle, (Pack of 4) ), if I leave the shampoo on my hands as long as I do on my hair. I now use T-Sal to help remove product build up and alternate with DHS Clear Shampoo 16 oz and DHS Conditioning Rinse with Panthenol, Fragrance Free 8 fl oz (236 ml) , both very mild no-frills products that work really well. The only thing I don't like is the small size. I've bought a large size T-Gel to see if it's more cost effective and will report back after I try it.

Élimine efficacement le psoriasis du cuir chevelu, à condition de l'utiliser souvent et en application prolongée. Toutefois l'efficacité semble diminuer au fil des mois. Odeur neutre. N'abîme pas les cheveux.

Perfect product I really try it and give result from the first time I recommend to use it 2 times a week for better result. Try it without any hesitation
