Her system is very stubborn about absorbing them since taking medications for decades. I had takin liquid potassium when i was training alot in the gym. I heard about this brand Good State's Ionic Potassium and as a Gym Rat, I know liquid potassium in very small amounts is a great way and that my body could use it more efficiently. I wasn't sure how much to to give her because, of the meds so we are slowly adding a capful to her diet and now use it throughout the day and it's easy. I simply add it to her juice in the morning or mix it with some water before lunch and dinner.
